Qualification Criteria:

• Refund claim must be submitted within 7 days of initial purchase
• Account must comply with our Terms of Service
• Valid for all membership plans (1, 3, 6, and 12 months)

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be granted in these situations:

• Claims submitted after the 7-day guarantee window
• Renewal memberships (only initial purchase qualifies)
• Account suspension or closure due to Terms of Service breaches
• Sharing login credentials with third parties
• Problems resulting from your internet service or device compatibility
• Change of preference after the 7-day window
• Reseller memberships (separate terms apply)
